The filling valve of this machine adopts a high-precision built-in fluid mechanical filling valve.
The entire machine is equipped with vacuum pumping and replacement capabilities, and it also features a function that prevents vacuum pumping for non-cans and non-bottles.

The transmission adopts a modular design, featuring variable frequency stepless speed regulation and a wide speed regulation range. The transmission of this machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication device for lubricating grease, which can supply oil to each lubrication point at a fixed time and quantity according to needs, ensuring sufficient lubrication, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
The pressure sealing head is of an open structure and adopts an oil-free lubrication method, facilitating installation and disassembly, and ensuring thorough cleaning without disassembly.
This machine is compatible with both tinplate canned beer and glass bottled beer. It features 16 rinsing heads, 16 filling heads, and 5 capper heads. The rinsing clamps, filling heads, and capper heads are all interchangeable.
The alignment guide adopts a guide rod type alignment, with a pre-cover function, ensuring smooth and reliable entry and exit from the tank.
The wine cylinder, control ring, and cap press head can be raised and lowered to accommodate the height of the wine tank within the design allowance.
The liquid level height of the wine in the filling cylinder is controlled by a continuous liquid level sensor, ensuring stable liquid level and reliable filling.
The filling cylinder features automatic pressure control, and its operating conditions and parameters can be set and displayed on the control cabinet.
During normal operation, the machine is automatically controlled. It runs at full speed or slow speed according to the set speed based on the fullness or emptiness of the incoming and outgoing cans on the belt. It stops when a can enters and opens the valve and lowers the lid only when there is a can. The filling speed is displayed, the filling quantity is accumulated, and the lid lowering and conveying system automatically starts and stops. The main drive of this machine is frequency control, and it outputs accurate pulse signals to facilitate synchronous tracking of the incoming and outgoing bottle belts.
The direction of entry and exit for this model is: left entry and right exit.

Since this machine uses CO2 as the pressure-maintaining gas, the intake of O2 into the bottled beer is suppressed, and the CO2 content not only remains unchanged but may even increase. Therefore, this machine is more suitable for filling beer with higher quality and longer shelf life.
