This equipment is specially designed for fresh-keeping filling of draft beer barrels.

Working principle: The draft beer barrel is stored in the refrigerator and cooled down. Using the pressure of the CO2 cylinder, the beer in the draft beer barrel is filled into the beer bottle through the dispenser. The pipeline is equipped with flow meters and solenoid valves, which are automatically controlled by PLC and color touch screen. The filling process adopts CO2 pressure preparation, pressure maintaining and low pressure difference fully enclosed filling methods, automatic flow detection, low foam, low consumption, and accurate filling volume.

This machine integrates beer preservation and filling. It has the advantages of small size, large capacity, flexible movement, fast cooling speed, and less filling foam. Suitable for hotels, bars, barbecues, restaurants, small and medium-sized breweries.

The cabinet is an air-cooled refrigerator, air-cooled, frost-free, constant temperature and fresh-keeping, and can accommodate 6-8 20L American standard buckets;

The filling pipelines are all food-grade 304 stainless steel wine pipes, which are safe and hygienic;

The color touch screen displays the process flow and the working status is clear at a glance;

Different filling volumes can be preset through the touch screen and converted with one click.

Can clean the wine head and pipes.
